For somebody who has never been to the dealership before the entrance is confusing; the Mini flags are adjacent to the entrance of a different business. Could be dangerous on the busy road.

Service History has not been updated to record brake fluid change undertake (will need to return to have electronic service history updated). Grinding sound on door window mechanism has returned within 2 operations of door.

Not explained when booking how much it would cost. Organised manual loan car in advance but only auto available when I got there. Receptionist was very good dealing with issues.

Pleased with service at Maidstone but would have preferred repair to have been carried out in Tunbridge Wells where I live, quite inconvenient to travel to Maidstone.

The work was a warranty claim for a faulty heater unit, the work took longer than expected due to a wrong part being supplied. Overall pleased with the service.
