Great from the start with Melody Ostridge, then taken over by Mark Kelly all very good apart from collection where there was great disruption due to the car park being dug up, not the sales fault of course and didn't stop me from enjoying my car .

Well looked after by the staff though music was a bit loud ! My tyre pressure wasn't checked & I thought this would be part of the service ? Warning light came on the day after the service !

I was not warned prior to the service about the bonnet gas struts expiry date being checked as part of the service. I had no idea about this feature and have owned a mini for the last eight years. I should have been advised beforehand.

The MOT and service its self were fine. The recommended work was highlighted before I left but no costs or the offer of booking the vehicle in for work. When I looked I could see the work was extremely over priced so I went elsewhere.
