Test drive being a go away and experience the car, Lewis our sales person was amazing
The people there were incredibly friendly and kept me informed with the part being replaced under warranty and in next to no time!
Because although the servicing was carried out to the standards I expect from Mini, the customer experience was sadly lacking.

A little frustrated by the lack of in dealership wifi. Timings to return car ended up being a little unrealistic, 45 minutes for a 'just taking your car out for a test drive' for example.
They always strive to give me great service. When my car is in they have offered me lifts to work And collected me it offered a hire car. Always received phone call updates too with costs
